The Patient Comment and Grievance Tracking Database is designed to help organizations meet the needs of patients while maintaining compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation and interpretive guidelines, as well as accreditation* requirements pertaining to patient rights.

Our home health company is currently tracking complaints and concerns on hand written forms and then tabulating results in MS Excel.  We often lose complaints, duplicate complaints, and are not so proud of our follow-up.  I decided to look for a simple complaint management software that might help with these issues.  I just found your website and I would like to hear more about your product.
