Requirements

Software: Windows. Microsoft Access 2003 or later.
Screen Resolution: 1152x864 or higher.

Security*

The database is a stand-alone product developed in Microsoft Access 2003. It can be installed and used on a single PC, or placed in a shared directory on your servers and accessed simultaneously by up to ten users. All of your information remains securely stored and backed up behind your hospital or ASC's firewall. Purchasers receive access to tables and queries.

*Note: Microsoft Office security is not designed to meet HIPAA security standards, therefore, users should work with their Information Technology staff to ensure safe data storage of any Protected Health Information. A HIPAA-ready audit trail for PHI is included in release 3.0.

Training and Support

A user guide is included in the purchase price, and limited help will be available through this site and email. Although the database is menu-driven and designed in a user-friendly format, the product is recommended for those with some experience using Microsoft Access databases, and/or those with IT support familiar with Microsoft Access.
